How to Make a Great Impression on Veteran Candidates

We recently saw an article on LinkedIn entitled “10 Must-Dos to Make a Great First Impression on Candidates” with some great videos embedded.

It’s good advice when interviewing veteran candidates, too:

1. Have a positive attitude
2. Stand up straight
3. Relax your arms
4. Smile and nod appropriately
5. Make eye contact
6. Raise your eyebrows
7. Shake their hand
8. Lean in
9. Mirror facial expressions
10. Make hand gestures
