Profit Sharing Plan:
- 100% contributed to by 84 Lumber
- Fully vested after 7 years' participation
- All full-time associates eligible after 1 year of employment
401(k) Savings Plan:
- Associates are immediately eligible for participation
- Deposit 2% to 18% of your eligible income
- 84 contributes a minimum of 25% of the participant's savings (up to 10% of the associates eligible income) after the probationary period
- Participant is entitled to the company contribution according to a 6-year vesting schedule
- Participants can self-direct their own investments into 12 different investment options.
NOTE: Benefits are available to all full-time associates. Please be aware that each benefit - with the exception of profit sharing - will require some financial payments by the associate.
