About Recruit Military - Recruiting Firm
RecruitMilitary is the
only nationwide, full-service, military-to-civilian recruiting firm. We use advanced online and offline products to connect employers in all industries with men and women who are transitioning from active duty to civilian life, veterans with a wide variety of business experience, members of the National Guard and reserve forces, and military spouses. We serve veterans of all ranks/rates and branches of the armed forces, and our services are free to all men and women who have a military background.
RecruitMilitary is
veteran-owned, veteran-operated, and veteran-advised. All of our owners, officers, account executives, and recruiters are either veterans or active
or former reservists. Our Advisory Board consists of four distinguished veterans, all of whom are retired flag officers from each of the four services.
RecruitMilitary's
online products include job postings on our Web site, www.recruitmilitary.com; subscription licenses entitling employers to search our database of registered job candidates, now numbering
222,000+; advertising on our Web site; advertising in our two monthly, online newsletters for candidates,
VetTen and
Incoming!; and E-Mail Blasts, customized e-mail messages sent to selected portions of our database. Our offline products include multiple retained search options; participation in career fairs; and advertising in the print version of
Incoming!, a 6-page quarterly newsletter. We mail more than 53,000 copies of print Incoming! to over 230 military bases throughout the world for distribution to transitioning personnel.
As the nation’s leading military-to-civilian recruiting firm, we have established working relationships with industry associations, non-profit organizations, and government agencies. These include re-seller agreements by which the National Association of Manufacturers, the MidAtlantic Employers' Association, and The Veterans Corporation are making our online products available to their members. We are presenting
career fairs in cooperation with the President's National Hire Veterans Committee (HireVets First). And we are working with USA TODAY on a "frame-and-panel" advertising concept.
We invest considerable resources to keep our database stocked with fresh candidates. Our candidate-aggregation tactics include the publication of print
Incoming!; an aggressive program of base visits, a strong public relations program; outdoor advertising near large bases; keyword purchases on major search engines; and the operation of four branch-specific Web sites, www.recruitarmy.com, www.recruitnavy.com, www.recruitairforce.com, and www.recruitmarines.com.
