More than 500 veterans are expected to participate in a job fair Tuesday at Exploris museum in downown Raleigh.
Job seekers will interview one-on-one with representatives from corportate employers, educational institutions law-enforcement agencies and other government employers.
Companies attending the career fair include Wireless Communications. Inc., Waste Industries, Defense Intelligence Agency, Strayer University, Loomis, Fargo & Co., The Pantry, Advanced Maintenance, CPI Security Systems, New York Life, Allied Barton Security Services, Schneider National.
The event runs from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and is sponsored by RecruitMilitary, LLC, a Cincinnati-based group, in cooperation with the American Legion and HireVets First, an office of the U.S. Department of Labor.
