As much as possible, Cintas assigns a new employee a mentor who has also been in the military and already made the transition to the company.
In addition, Cintas employees at many levels benefit from a diverse offering of career training opportunities, some of which are presented by our executive officers. At Cintas, senior leadership believes it’s absolutely essential to share their business experiences with our partners. That responsibility is never delegated away.

In addition to traditional classroom seminars, Cintas developed a state-of-the-art online training resource to provide business-related training when it is most convenient for our employees. The “Training on Demand” (TOD) system allows Cintas employees to learn new skills, or refresh their existing skill sets, from any computer with Internet access. Once a course is taken, it is automatically entered into the employee’s personal training history.
